  • Communicate effectively and concisely to convey the benefits of what you have delivered and bring others on the journey 

Develop strong coaching relationships 

  • Coach teams and managers to build new capabilities in delivering business and customer value iteratively 
  • Support the transformation of traditional teams into Agile teams through a process and mindset change  
  • Facilitate training in a practical and engaging way to Agile teams 

What we look for in a candidate:

We are looking for candidates with Agile expertise and have demonstrated their ability to effectively deliver value to clients. Strong candidates will have diverse skill sets that include a cross-section of the following: 

  • A track record for launching Agile teams, with minimal oversight and guidance 
  • Expertise in coaching and mentoring team members to understand and apply Agile principles
  • A leader and hands-on problem solver, who can own issues and resolve impediments to scrum and kanban teams
  • A credible trainer to quickly influence a change in mindset of team members at various levels
